An editorial piece investigating the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto, the pseudonymous figure behind Bitcoin's invention, who disappeared in 2011 with a personal stash of over a million unspent coins. The book tells the legend of the world's first cryptocurrency, from it's 'cypherpunk' origins to the sudden departing of Satoshi, before revealing 10 potential suspects that could be Bitcoin's creator. Nakamoto and his collaborator's original emails, as well as forum posts, are pulled into the project as pieces of evidence, combined with archived photos and my own imagery to bring the narrative to life visually. Final publication is printed onto a mix of uncoated and glossy paper, perfect bound.
